We're building a specialized tool in a safe environment, designed to help people talk, think, and feel a little lighter.
Access to mental health professionals is limited by cost, availability, and stigma. Many people need lighter-weight, accessible support for day-to-day struggles—not necessarily full therapy sessions.
Ophie exists to fill this gap. We provide accessible, always-available support for everyday struggles, moments of loneliness, and the thoughts you just need to share.
